2025: Product Announcement
The companies ITELMA and Kalina-Agro have presented a smart robot sprayer for orchards and vineyards in the Russian agricultural machinery market. S1000 The device is equipped with a tracked undercarriage, a 44 kW diesel generator and a system of lithium batteries for autonomous operation lasting up to 10 hours. This was reported by the press service of GlavAgrarRus LLC in July 2025.
The development is based on the Chinese prototype, but Russian engineers have made significant author's upgrades and improvements. Modifications allow us to consider S1000 a completely new multifunctional agrobot, adapted to Russian operating conditions.
A power management module is installed on the equipment, which provides intelligent distribution of power consumption. The system is equipped with tree skipping sensors, smart navigation and the ITELMA pouring control system, operating through the ISOBUS protocol.
Standard discharge rates range from 400 to 1000 liters per hectare and are adjusted depending on the speed of movement in field operations and the pressure in the system. In the original version of the Chinese prototype, this possibility was absent, but thanks to the ITELMA solution, the function was implemented.
The operating speed of the unit is 6 kilometers per hour. The equipment is controlled from the remote control, route tasks are registered individually, and the collected data is uploaded to the cloud solution ITELMA Agro for further analysis.
Chemical spraying takes place from top to bottom and covers both sides of the garden row as the robot moves. The machine works on the principle of fan spraying of plant protection products with a maximum coverage area of 270 degrees.
The device has a function of remote control and autonomous operation along a pre-planned route. The robot's technical specifications include a tank capacity of 1200 liters, an engine rating of 44 kW, a top speed of 6 kilometers per hour and a spray height of up to 10 meters. The duration of work ranges from 8 to 10 hours, which is much more economical compared to traditional tractors.[1]
