2024: Plan to launch large-scale production of printed circuit boards at Rudnevo
At the site of the Industrial Park "Rudnevo" SEZ "Technopolice Moscow" NPP "Itelma" will launch a large-scale production of printed circuit boards. This site will be high-tech with maximum localization and robotization. This was announced on September 17, 2024 by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.
Moscow offers comprehensive support to enterprises - more than 20 financial and non-financial anti-crisis instruments. Thanks to this, the capital's industry has been showing record results for the past five years. Since the beginning of 2024 alone, the volume of manufacturing production in the city has grown by 14.7 percent and continues to show positive dynamics. So, on the territory of Rudnevo, production will be located for more than 20 thousand square meters. m., where automated lines, systems for monitoring the concentration of solutions and dosing will be installed, - said Maxim Liksutov. |
{{quote 'The plant will produce printed circuit boards up to 6 accuracy class, including for server and telecommunication equipment. Such products are in great demand not only in our country, but throughout the world. The launch of such production in our city will cover the existing demand for such fees, attract investments in the capital and provide Muscovites with new jobs. In the future, the company may receive the status of a resident of the SEZ, which will open them new support measures in the format of tax preferences, "said Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow. }}
According to Alexey Vorobyov, CEO of NPP Itelma, the company decided to launch the production of printed circuit boards in connection with the growing demand in the Russian market.
Only our own need for printed circuit boards for 2023 amounted to 40 thousand square meters. m, and by 2030 we will need 2 times more square meters. m. Printed circuit boards per year. With such volumes, a special high-tech process is required, so we decided to approach the issue thoroughly and create an enterprise that can meet these needs, "Alexey Vorobyov shared. |
2023
Investment of 2 billion rubles in the production of printed circuit boards
The manufacturer of auto electronics "NPP Itelma" invests about 2 billion rubles in the production of printed circuit boards. This became known on October 16, 2023.
Now there is a process of designing a production line and selecting equipment. We plan to use about half of the products for our own needs, the rest - to sell on the open market, - said Alexander Chistov, head of the ECB localization department of the company (quoted by Kommersant). |
As the newspaper was told in NPP Itelma, we are talking about investing 2 billion rubles in the production of printed circuit boards of the 6th accuracy class in 2025-2026. By the end of this period, it is planned to establish the production of printed circuit boards in the amount of 15 million square meters. dm per year.
NPP Itelma explained that a high level of product localization will cover the need for printed circuit boards of the enterprise itself and sell about half of its products on the open market. At the end of 2022, the need for printed circuit boards in the Russian Federation was estimated at 4 million square meters. dm, and by 2026 it can grow to 10 million square meters. dm. Boards are needed, among other things, by computer manufacturers.
According to the head of the "Consortium of Printed Circuit Boards" Vladimir Semenov, that NPP Itelma's plans to launch the production of boards may face a problem characteristic of almost the entire electronics industry: "In Russia, there are no educational programs for employees involved in the production of printed circuit boards." The expert estimates the industry's need for specialists at 3 thousand people.
Another problem when launching such projects is that companies need not only to import production lines into the Russian Federation, but also to organize a technological process in production, the source of the newspaper believes in the electronics market.[1]
Launch of the first Russian production of ABS and ESP systems for cars
On July 7, 2023, the first Russian production of anti-lock systems (ABS) and electronic dynamic stabilization systems (ESP) for passenger cars was launched in Kostroma. These products will be manufactured at the production site of NPP Itelma, the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade said.
According to the deputy head of the department Vasily Shpak, who attended the opening ceremony of the production workshop on July 7, 2023, "the consumer segment of the auto electronics market requires a significant amount of electronic components, the creation of which is one of the main priorities of the technological independence policy pursued by the Russian government." Shpak also noted that thanks to the provision of a large sales market, the price of components turned out to be "more competitive," which previously could be presented with great difficulty, since the market for electronic security systems for cars until recently was monopolized by foreign manufacturers.
To implement the project for the production of ABS and ESP systems, a new workshop with a fully automated production line that meets international standards was built at the Itelma NPP plant in Kostroma. The company received a license to conduct deep localization of the production of ABS and ESP systems. The license allows you to localize all components included in the system, such as an electric motor, electronic components, a case and other necessary components. In addition, an engineering group was created, which included Russian specialists, invited foreign specialists in the field of brake systems, engineers of NPP Itelma and specialists of the scientific and technical center from the automaker.
At the first stage, it is planned to produce about 850 thousand ABS and ESP units per year, and then - after the expansion of equipment - annually production can be increased to 1.2 million units.[2]

2017: Robotic Transport Component Development Center
Since 2015, mass production of components for Russian auto giants has been developed and launched in the capital's ITELMA technopark. The products of the new line are already supplied for the largest truck manufacturer in Russia. And in the next two years, components for robotic vehicles will be produced and tested here. This was announced in October 2017 by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Natalya Sergunina.
"It has its own scientific and production base that meets the highest international standards. The laboratory and testing complex is one of the best in Russia. The plans for the next two years are to open the first Russian Center for the Development and Testing of Components for Robotic and Autonomous Transport, "said Natalya Sergunina.
The anchor resident of the technopark - NPP ITELMA - produces components for such companies as AvtoVAZ OJSC, UAZ OJSC, GAZ OJSC, KAMAZ OJSC, as well as special-purpose components for the GLONASS system.
The equipment of the open laboratory and test building allows you to ensure the technological cycle - from design to production and field testing of electronic components for the automotive industry. Among the customers are the largest domestic car plants - VAZ, UAZ, GAZ, KAMAZ. For certain positions, the enterprises included in the ITELMA group of companies are the only supplier of auto components, said Alexander Postnikov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ITELMA group of companies.
"Bench equipment installed in the laboratory building is a piece, in Russia there are only 4 such complexes - VAZ, KAMAZ, GAZ and ITELMA. The technopark today faces an ambitious goal of increasing production to 5.5 billion per year and increasing the number of high-performance jobs, "A. Postnikovsaid.
The laboratory tests the components of the engine and car control systems: fuel supply systems, air flow measurement, various sensors and actuators.
"The engineering complex will allow a full cycle of development and testing in areas such as artificial intelligence systems and computer vision, telematics, microwave and radar, thus creating the basis for solving problems related to the development of smart and robotic transport technologies," A. Postnikov said about the created Center for the development and testing of components for robotic and autonomous transport.
2016
Revenue 5.1 billion rubles
The company has created more than 500 high-performance workplaces. Revenue in 2016 exceeded 5.1 billion rubles, and tax contributions to the capital's budget amounted to almost 334 million rubles. At the same time, the company is going to invest about 600 million rubles in development.
Technopark status and plans for the engineering and laboratory building
The Itelma research and production site in Moscow, officially recognized by the capital's authorities as a technopark in February 2016, will acquire an engineering and laboratory building by 2017. Thanks to this, she will be able to get the status of a technopolis, which, however, does not give her any additional benefits[3]
The total investment in the development of the site, including the construction of a fitness center, over 10 years will amount to 700 million rubles. During this time, approximately 1.3 thousand new jobs will be created on it, and the volume of tax deductions, including from residents, to the Moscow budget will exceed 2.7 billion rubles.
The area of new objects will be 10 thousand square meters. meters. The decision to allocate a plot of 0.14 hectares for them was previously made by the Moscow City Planning and Land Commission.
The commissioning of the engineering and laboratory building will allow the "anchor" resident of the technopark - the company "Itelma" - to achieve a full technological cycle: the facility will not only develop electronic devices for diesel engines, but also produce, test and certify them. At the same time, the volume of production in the technopark will reach p5.5 billion per year. " Now this indicator is at the level of p329 million per year with fully filled existing areas. If these plans are implemented, already in 2017, the newly minted technopark will be able to obtain the status of a technopolis, which at the moment in the capital region only Skolkovo and Moscow have (an innovation center based on the former Moskvich plant). True, the government of the capital found it difficult to answer the question of CNews, what exactly the project will be given new regalia. "The status of a technopolis does not imply any special benefits," the press service of the DNPPiP said.
According to DNPPiP, in Moscow science and technology park , 20 specialized scientific and production territories have statuses and technopolis. In total, they house about 1.3 companies and employ over 20 thousand people.
2010-2013
The complex of the technopark "Itelma" was built in the period from 2010 to 2013. and began to function in 2013. It is a multi-storey building with an area of about 80 thousand square meters. meters, of which the useful rental area is 57.6 thousand square meters. meters. The investor-developer and management company of the facility is Itelma-Businessstroy LLC.
