2025: Inclusion in the register of domestic software

Based on the order Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation from the 12.02.2025 according to the minutes of the meeting of the expert council dated 31.01.2025 No. 58pr, the Program for COMPUTER the "Software Package" CETERE PDF Editor "is included in (register of domestic software entry in the register No. 26389 dated 12.02.2025). Certificate of Registration of the Computer Program No. 2024682456 dated 23.09.2024 This was SETERE announced on February 13, 2025.

The CETERE PDF Editor software package allows you to perform basic operations with PDF documents: open, view, print, comment, convert to other formats and, of course, edit text. The key advantage of the PDF Editor over existing analogues is the presence of a built-in document comparison module.

The inclusion of the CETERE PDF Editor Software Complex in the register of domestic software is an important achievement for us, which confirms our mission: to develop high-quality and effective products for Russian users that meet market requirements and are based on modern technologies. As of February 2025, there are many complaints about the quality of new domestic software products, but do not forget that many of them began to be developed by Russian vendors at their own expense and as soon as possible after the departure of world corporations from Russia. From the idea of ​ ​ creating your own PDF Editor as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat for users of Russian operating systems to the first pilot projects, real customers have passed a little time for which our team created a product using its own technologies, - said Oleg Ivchenkov, CEO of SETERE Group.

The compatibility of the CETERE PDF Editor PC with the current versions of the main operating systems: Astra Linux, Red OS and Alt Workstation has been confirmed. This release of the basic version of the Editor's PDF will be available to all users for review and testing after February 20, 2025.

2024: Presentation "CETERE PDF Editor"

The company SETERE (TBI LLC) launched the first version of the product on the market - CETERE PDF Editor. The program solves the problem of foreign substitution ON Adobe for corporate users of domestic. The basic version of the PDF Editor implements functionality comparable to the commercial version, and Adobe Acrobat its simple graphical shell provides quick launch ON and comfortable work for users of any level of training. The PDF Editor allows you to perform any operation on PDF documents: open, view, print, comment, check and, files of course, edit text. The key advantage of the program over existing analogues is the presence of a document comparison module. Checking the document for possible changes takes up resources, and unnoticed editing can cost millions: the comparison module built into the program will highlight all the changes found, so the probability of missing an important one is reduced to zero.

In our product, we decided to add editing and comparison of PDF documents immediately to the basic version, which is an important difference from any other analogues. In the future, it is planned to develop the basic version of the PDF Editor, which includes all the necessary functionality for working with PDF documents, as well as the release of an extended version with text recognition. In addition, we planned to release a free version of the Editor's PDF for home users by the end of 2024 and make inexpensive licenses for any educational institutions in Russia. As a development company, we plan to make a special emphasis on stimulating the developer community to create plugins and add-ons for our PDF Editor, which will allow expanding its functionality as quickly as possible, "said Oleg Ivchenkov, CEO of SETERE Group.
