WorldTracer Tablet is the mobile solution providing fast tracking and return of incorrectly processed baggage at a stage of arrival and in the periods of failures in service.
The agents having special tablets at the order, moving on the hall of issue of baggage, have an opportunity to collect information on the absent pieces of baggage in the course of direct communication with passengers that promotes quality improvement of service and saves from waiting in queues at racks of traditional service of search of the lost baggage.
At the same time the receipt which is printed using the mobile printer directly is on site made out or is sent to the passenger in electronic form by the SMS or e-mail. Besides, during the periods of failures in service for elimination of possible delays agents have an opportunity to quickly register the sent in addition baggage and to print for it luggage labels that such baggage could get quickly on the runs following in the necessary destination points.
The intuitive interface of the WorldTracer Tablet application functions based on the module WorldTracer Management Module. This application is installed on standard iPad tablets to which for the purpose of the accelerated design of baggage of passengers portable scanners and printers with the Bluetooth connector are connected.
In general service represents continuation of global service SITA WorldTracer which is intended for reconciliation of data on the found baggage with information on the lost baggage arriving from passengers and also for maintaining the corresponding reporting.
