2025: "Archive Citros" version 2.2 with "Electronic Document Repository" module

This functionality provides the ability to confirm SW by various methods: improving signatures, re-signing or stamping signatures of electronic documents. In addition, an option was added to use machine-readable powers of attorney (MCD) when signing containers of electronic archival documents (EAD) in the process of accepting them for storage in the archive and when confirming SW documents placed in the archive. If the proxy data is stored in the system, it can be automatically added to the EAD container.

The module "Electronic document storage" (ECD) appeared. It is designed to create a simple single corporate repository of digitized paper and electronic documents, where there are only search and view functions. Used when a company does not need to organize full-fledged archive workflow processes and form EAD containers. Module functionality:

Another key change is the ready-made extension for "1C," which simplifies the transfer of documents from the accounting system (CD) for storage and processing to ECD. The extension is universal for various 1C configurations and provides two-way exchange: documents are sent from CD to storage, and direct links to them are returned back to 1C. This accelerates and simplifies the exchange of documents between systems.
