2024: Technology Modeling Solution Presentation
SIBUR and partners are working to create a process simulation solution. The solution is being developed within the framework of a large-scale project to create domestic software for technological modeling, implemented within the framework of industrial competence centers. This was announced on November 28, 2024 by the director of digital and information technologies of SIBUR Alisa Melnikova at the Tadviser Summit.
The first version of the platform, which includes design models of equipment and the necessary algorithms, is scheduled for 2025, and the completion of work on the basic functionality is scheduled for 2026. The solution is designed so that project participants and new partners can independently expand the register of modeling equipment, creating new components on the platform.
The goal is to create an open SaaS platform that provides opportunities for the exchange of projects and models. This will be useful not only for industrial companies that create models for their technological processes, but also for universities that can use the platform for training and research. Engineering companies that use models to design new plants can also connect to the project. IT companies involved in creating models will be able to expand their client base with new platform users. This approach allows you to combine the efforts of many companies to solve complex production problems, while gaining the necessary freedom and flexibility to choose the functionality used.
Work on the creation ON of technical modeling is carried out within the framework of two ICCs - "petrochemistry and Oil and gas industry subsoil use" and "Chemistry and" pharmaceutics joint efforts of SIBUR and other companies. The company was chosen as the developer. Aero gas
Import substitution of industrial software is a challenge that requires a non-standard approach and cooperation at the level of the entire industry. We and our partners in the ICC see technological modeling as the key to improving the efficiency of industrial companies. For example, SIBUR has already implemented more than 50 projects using technical modeling, with a total economic effect of over 5.7 billion rubles. And now our goal is to create a solution that will replace foreign counterparts and set new standards for the industry, opening up new horizons for cooperation and efficiency improvement in a large number of Russian industrial companies at once, "said Alisa Melnikova, director of digital and information technologies at SIBUR. |
