Biography
Alisa Melnikova graduated from MAI with a degree in Automated Information Management and Processing Systems and the Russian Higher Foreign Economic School with a degree in Foreign Economic Activity: Organization and Management. Head of the Department of MIPT.
2000-2012: Ai-Teko, ISG, Egar Technology
From 2000 to 2012, she held senior positions in IT companies such as Ai-Teko, ISG, Egar Technology, where she was engaged in the development of new competence centers and oversaw the implementation of large-scale projects in the field of technological business support for the largest Russian and foreign banks.
2012: Advisor to the Senior Vice President for IT at Nomos Bank
Since July 2012, she worked as an adviser to the senior vice president of Nomos Bank, where she was responsible for IT and operational activities in projects for the development of new business areas.
2013-2017: CEO of Sber Tech
Since 2013, Alisa Melnikova worked at Sber Tech, where she held the position of general director.
During her work at Sber Tech, Melnikova debugged the company's business processes and improved the quality of the software[1] the [2]. 2017: Head of Department at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation
On June 8, 2017, Vedomosti reported that information had appeared about the planned departure of Alisa Melnikova. On June 9, Sberbank announced that Andrei Khlyzov, vice president and chief architect of Sberbank IT, had been appointed to the post of CEO of Sber Tech.
At the end of June, Comersant, citing its sources, announced that Alisa Melnikova would head the Department of Financial Technologies, Projects and Organization of Processes of the Central Bank[3]. According to the publication, Alisa Melnikova began work in a new position on July 1, 2017.
At the Central Bank, Melnikov replaced Vadim Kalukhov, who had headed the department of financial technologies, projects and process organization since its inception (April 2016) and resigned on May 17, 2017.
At the Central Bank, Alisa Melnikova was engaged in the analysis of promising financial technologies, developed proposals for their use, innovations in the financial market, as well as the development of project and process management in the Central Bank. The department pays special attention to cybersecurity, digitalization, Big Data, the Internet of Things, interactive technologies and artificial intelligence, virtualization and cloud technologies, cryptotechnology and approaches to the hubberization of financial space.
Former head of Sberbank-Technology Alisa Melnikova has been appointed director of the Financial Technologies Department of the Central Bank of Russia. The corresponding order of the Governor of the Bank of Russia entered into force on January 9, 2018. Earlier, A. Melnikova was the Director of the Department of Financial Technologies, Projects and Organization of Processes of the Bank of Russia.
In June 2018, the Central Bank announced that Alisa Melnikova was leaving her post in connection with the decision to continue her career outside the Bank of Russia.
2019: Sibur Digital Director
On May 20, 2019, Alisa Melnikova was appointed director of digital technologies at Sibur, the company told TAdviser. The tasks of the Digital Technologies function, which she headed, include the digitalization of Sibur's production, management, client and other processes.
The division, for which Melnikova is responsible, is engaged in the creation, implementation and development of technological tools to improve the performance of installations based on big data, mobile and web applications, software and hardware solutions based on video analytics, AR and VR, robots, unmanned aerial vehicles.

Since 2017, the Digital Technologies function at Sibur has been headed by Alexey Agapkin. He took part in its creation, formation of the team and the launch of key digital projects.
Sibur told TAdviser that Agapkin will continue to work in the company as director of Production Efficiency. He will be engaged in the development of industries and services, the introduction and replication of developed digital solutions for all enterprises and functions of the group on the part of the largest internal customer, ensuring their robustness and obtaining effects.
2020: Sibur Digital CEO
On April 30, 2020, Sibur announced the transformation of IT processes: all IT and digital competencies of the petrochemical group, as well as areas for the development and operation, digitalization of processes, advanced analytics, industry 4.0, enterprise data management are combined in a subsidiary of Sibur Digital. Previously, it was called Sibur IT. Alisa Melnikova was appointed the general director of the company in its new format, replacing Vladimir Savkin, head of Sibur's insourcing subsidiary. 2024: Chief information officer of the Year
Alisa Melnikova, Director of Digital and Information Technologies at Sibur, became the Chief information officer of the Year according to TAdviser.

Under the leadership of Alisa Melnikova, who heads Sibur's IT management since 2019, the company has been consistently implementing a large-scale digital transformation. As of November 2024, the effect of organizational projects aimed at optimizing and digitalizing production business processes and companies has already exceeded 50 billion, rubles of which about half is provided through solutions based on.
