Group of company Systematica - General Partner
Group of company Systematica (Systematics Group JSC) spoke at TAdviser SummIT as a general partner with a program of reports and a demonstration of examples of the application of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies - RFID solutions for automation of production and IIoT platform inONE for situational monitoring, analysis and proactive response to events.
The Group of company Systematica stand gathered a large audience of summit participants from various fields of activity: representatives of state structures, federal agencies, mechanical engineering, metallurgical production, IT integrators, logistics companies, etc. Visitors to the booth asked questions and clarified the possibilities of using the RFID technologies presented at the Group of company Systematica and the IIoT platform InONE, depending on the industry, specifics and business needs. Issues were discussed as the use of RFID tags allows you to control the movement of equipment and eliminates the possibility of losing servers when moving; how to avoid the installation of counterfeit tires on the car; for what size of enterprises is it economically feasible to implement RFID solutions in the food industry, etc.
The genuine interest of the audience was aroused by the work of the RFID system for accounting for visitors to the stand and drawing prizes, built on the basis of the RST- Event™ solution. When registering, the summit participants were issued digital passports with built-in RFID tags and information about the issued passports was entered into the system database. A visitor to the Group of company Systematica stand, who was on it for at least 30 seconds, was recorded by the system and every 30th received a prize - VR points.
The antenna of the system recorded participants who were no further than 1.5 m from the stand and visitors to other stands did not fall into the "field of view" of the system. Note that the antenna operating range for a similar RFID system can reach 6 m. And when used in other conditions, in particular using other RFID tags, the antenna registration range can reach 80 m.
It should be noted that among the visitors to the stand there were also gambling "players" who, realizing how the system of choosing winners works, made attempts to deceive it. Looking at the screen, which displayed the last name and numbers of the "passports" on the stand, they tried to enter the stand at the right time to win the prize. But it was not so simple - the flow was quite dense, the system, with the simultaneous entry of several people, fixed them, but "caught" one winner. Nevertheless, someone succeeded in the trick.
And at the end of the summit, a lottery was held among all participants registered in the system and the winner was awarded a super prize - a drone with video recording, video flight and follow me functions. How all this happened with live inclusions from the stand and photos with the presentation of prizes can be viewed on our event page on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/events/2037350836530067/.
At the plenary session, Vitaly Voitsekhovich, deputy commercial director of RUTI Inventas, and Dmitry Evdokimov, CEO of HeadPoint in the report "How to enter IoT? Russian realities of digitalization "in a simple, accessible and live format told why digital" certification "is needed, what benefits this will bring to business and the state, and what tools help to manage this process.
In the IT in Industry section, Ildar Yulgushev, head of business development at RUTI Inventas, noted that the introduction of RFID systems is now one of the most popular areas in automation at enterprises. Questions raised by the audience related to practical applications of RFID tags, in particular in conditions associated with high sterilization/pasteurization temperatures in food production. Questions related to the advantages of our tags compared to foreign counterparts were also interesting.
In the IT in the public sector section, Dmitry Evdokimov spoke in more detail about the capabilities of the inONE IIoT platform for proactive response in the digital world.
The reports of the Group of company Systematica specialists attracted the attention of the specialists responsible for the digital transformation in government and commercial organizations and enterprises, and interested discussions with the demonstration of the systems continued at the Group of company Systematica stand.
