This makes it possible to significantly simplify control and increase the level of security, the company noted.
The storage machine Skala^r MHD.O provides access to objects using the NFS protocol, which opens the possibility of consolidating disparate NFS storage. In addition to reducing operating costs by reducing the number of systems served, NFS storage users receive S3 storage functions such as versioning and georeplication.
The advanced functionality of building disaster-tolerant solutions allows you to implement geographically distributed storage on the basis of the Machine.
One PAC node processes up to 5,000 operations per second when working with objects, tens of kilobytes in size, or writes data at a speed of 1 GB per second when working with large objects. The machine is characterized by an almost unlimited storage capacity, with the ability to optimize cost depending on the type of load. The PAC can be delivered in configurations on both capacious HDDs and fast SSDs or in a hybrid version.
