The resident of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone on September 9, 2021 presented an updated version of a washing and disinfection machine that will facilitate the care of medical products and reduce the level of infections in medical practice, said Gennady Degtev, Director General of the capital's SEZ.

Compact installation from JSC "TZMOI" - a machine that fully automates the process of washing and disinfection of products in pharmaceutical, veterinary, medical, including dental practice. Its basic version proved its effectiveness, and in 2021 the model was modernized, having finalized the functionality. Now the machine is a universal designer, for working in various configurations: with an inspection window made of heat-resistant glass or on a stainless steel stand. A printer for fixing disinfection cycles or an additional dosing pump for chemicals can also be built into it.

The entire cycle of production of the updated washing and disinfection machine was built at the production site of the plant on the territory of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ, said Alexander Prosviryakov, General Director of TZMOI JSC.

The complete localization of production in the territory of the special economic zone of the capital made it possible to improve technical and operational characteristics, improve the quality of products, reduce the production and delivery times. Manufactured equipment of domestic production exceeds foreign analogues in its technical characteristics. The updated model is formed taking into account all the needs and requests received by us in feedback from our supply customers, "said Alexander Prosviryakov.

Among the main advantages of the PHS MD-150 model is an intuitive interface and ease of maintenance. Due to the large range of inserts, the plant can handle a variety of medical products. It is suitable for washing, disinfection and pre-sterilization cleaning of tools, medical and anesthesiological accessories, microsurgical and endoscopic equipment, tubes and hoses, laboratory utensils and shoes. This development contributes to the implementation of one of the key goals of the National Health Project, namely, the introduction of "lean technologies" in medical organizations. It will help reduce the consumption of water and detergents and increase the life of medical devices.
