Taxcom: Online Sprinter

The online Sprinter - the system of preparation and transfer of the reporting via the Internet in FTS, RPF, the Social Insurance Fund, Rosstat and Rosprirodnadzor.

On February 17, 2016 the Taxcom company declared availability of the Online Sprinter service to operational formation and transfer of the reporting in Rosstat via the Internet^[1].

As a part of a packet Professional Online (there are six options of preparation of the reporting):

• Support of certificates of the subscriber
• Exchange of electronic documents with territorial authorities of FTS
• Exchange of electronic documents with territorial authorities of RPF
• Exchange of electronic documents with the Social Insurance Fund
• Service maintenance level "A"

The additional services provided within subscriber services:

• Service of a request of the statement of the personal account in territorial authority of FTS on the registered subscriber of the EDMS of Taxcom Sprinter
• On-line filling of forms of the reporting
• Cameral Check service

Software package "Sprinter"

The software package "Sprinter" is a component of a System of Taxcom Sprinter and provides a possibility of the automated formation of documents of accounting and tax statements and their delivery in tax authorities in electronic form without duplication on paper, using normal Internet access.

Features and program capabilities:

• formation of documents of accounting and tax statements using the program "1C: Taxpayer";
• automatic unloading of the reporting from the programs "1C: Enterprise" (version 8.3);
• verification of the created files of the reporting on compliance to the format developed by FTS and their visualization;
• ensuring unambiguous identification of the sender of documents;
• protection of the electronic document against unauthorized distortion;
• protection of the electronic document against unauthorized viewing;
• exchange of legally significant electronic documents between a workplace of the taxpayer and tax authority;
• ensuring automatic loading of electronic documents in information systems of tax authorities;
• archive storage of evidential base of the provided reporting.

The software package "Sprinter" gives the chance without visit of the tax inspection to receive required information materials from tax authorities and also statements about a status of calculations with budgets of different levels.

The software package "Sprinter" is delivered in the form of a shrink-wrapped software product. Installation of a complex is performed by the user independently. For simplification of setup of parameters of the software package "Sprinter" autotune according to data of the certificate and the login of an account in the system of Taxcom Sprinter is implemented.
