TerraLink ECM

At the beginning of 2015 the Terralink company announced release of a product line under the general TerraLink ECM brand on the platform of an industrial content management system from OpenText company.

Products of the line provide complete approach to work with business documents of different types, the Russian legislative arrangements and the advanced practicians of document flow are considered.

The line of TerraLink ECM consists of the Core and four specialized products, each of which is intended for processing of a certain type of business content:

• organizational and administrative documents;
• agreements and related documents;
• primary financial and economic documents;
• engineering and design documents.

The product line of TerraLink ECM is focused on a wide range of users, including those whose work is far from theory/practice of document flow and not connected with information technologies in general.

The product line of TerraLink ECM consists of the universal Core and four finished specialized products intended for processing of a certain type of content:

• The core of the Line is responsible for uniform approach to implementation of the main transactions necessary for users during the work with content (search, classification, access control, approval and collective execution of documents, control of storage lives of documents, etc.);
• TerraLink ESM.ORD provides automation of documentary ensuring management of the company according to requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries and to the recommendations of VNIIDAD and international standards (ISO).
• TerraLink ESM.DOGOVORY provides transparency of work of the departments of the company using it and also considerably reduces legal and material risks of the company;
• TerraLink ESM.FINANSOVYY ARHIV provides archiving of primary finance documents and also the centralized storage of their electronic versions;
• TerraLink ESM.TEHNIChESKIY ARHIV provides the centralized storage of the technical and project documentation, its control and business process management, belonging to the equipment, projects, construction and installation works.

Product introduction of a line of TerraLink ECM is possible as in a set, and independently of each other as each product of the line develops independently, supporting a single technology platform and the general technical politicians.
