Tetrasvyaz Mobile Communication hub of operational appointment

The mobile Communication hub of operational appointment (MUS) integrates possibilities of technologies of satellite positioning of GLONASS and a professional radio communication of TETRA that allows to use it for solving of tasks of executive authorities, security agencies and emergency services.

The mobile Communication hub is created on the platform of the car of the increased passability and includes a set of the hi-tech navigation and telecommunication equipment providing instant link establishment in any place and at any time. MUS gives an opportunity to quickly unroll around itself network of a professional radio communication TETRA with a radio covering zone to 20 kilometers, in network can be serviced up to 200 subscribers. The automated workplace of the manager is a part of MUS that allows to manage network, to coordinate actions of subscribers and to visualize monitoring information on location and a status of objects.

The European standard of a professional radio communication of TETRA fully meets requirements of special users thanks to the technology advantages, first of all the high connection speed, independence of public service networks, protection against unauthorized access, resistance to failures and peak loads, a possibility of the organization of multi-level circuits of individual and group interaction. Communication of TETRA is a reliable telecommunication resource and provides stable communication of all participants of radio exchange.

At the expense of the terminal of satellite communication the TETRA network unrolled using MUS is not a separate segment, but a part of uniform telecommunication space of the region that gives the chance instantly to establish connection with command centers (including the situational center of the governor), to integrate "a mobile segment" into departmental and regional communication networks, to organize operational information transfer, including navigation data from the GLONASS satellites, directly from the place of events. The set of the special equipment allows to perform Internet connection based on the IP protocol.

MUS - completely autonomous solution. Thanks to high passability it can be used in "field conditions", including on location with a difficult relief and in hard-to-reach spots.

This solution will be demanded in activity of executive authorities and emergency services - the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, MO. Use of MUS will provide effective management of forces and means in real time, will allow to coordinate actions in the conditions of complete knowledge.
