A unified notary information system is an automated information system designed to comprehensively automate the processes of collecting, processing information about notarial activities and ensuring all types of information interaction (exchange). The operator of the unified notary information system is the Federal Notary Chamber. 2023: Implementation of the service "Certificate of the presence of information in the USRN"
The Federal Notary Chamber, with the support of the Mobile Professionals company (part of the Digital Economy League), has developed and implemented the Certificate of the Presence of Information in the USRN service in the Unified Notary Information System. If the applicant needs information about the surname, name, patronymic and date of birth of the copyright holder of a real estate object or a person in whose favor restrictions on the right or encumbrance of a real estate object are registered, such information, by virtue of the law, can now be obtained by submitting an application through a personal account on the portal of the Federal Notary Chamber: lk.notariat.ru.
From March 1, 2023, the law introduced a notarial action - a notary's certificate of the presence of information in the USRN (Unified State Register of Real Estate). 2022: Conducting the first notarial transaction with the execution of an electronic mortgage
In Russia, with the participation of ДОМ.РФ, the first notary transaction with the execution of an electronic mortgage took place. This was announced on December 16, 2022 by representatives of the ДОМ.РФ.
