Quorus AKS companies (enters into group of LANIT) and Tandem, entering into consortium "Digital Future", with the assistance of the partner company "Southern Ural technical management systems" at the end of December, 2017 announced start of sales of a hardware-software complex "Ural digital school". The presentation of this product for automation of administrative processes at schools took place on December 20, 2017.

The Hardware-software Complex (HSC) consists of the equipment for processing and data transmission and a specialized software package for management of school. This solution can be used as the platform of the school digitalization capable to integrate as the existing information systems, and those which will appear in the future.

The hardware of the basic version of a product the necessary minimum of the equipment for modern telecommunication and computing infrastructure of educational institution — the router, the PoE switch, Wi-Fi access points with the managing controller makes, the server, uninterruptible power supply unit and a compact mounting cabinet. As a part of a program part of HSC — a set of software tools expanded on demand for management of educational process at school.

For demonstration of work of HSC one of technology partners of the project — the Huawei company — provided telecommunication equipment. For demonstration of opportunities of a complex used "a live system" — the set implemented at school No. 48 of Yekaterinburg.

The functioning jobs of the director, director of studies, HR specialist, teacher and also "personal accounts" of pupils and their parents were provided. On an example integration of HSC with the information and library center created by P2P Technologies company, developers showed possibilities of expansion of functionality of "The Ural digital school".

"gradient light" — the solution for automatic control of illumination in a class is a part of the software of management of the building of Ural Digital School agrarian and industrial Complex. Development of "The southern Ural technical management systems" allows to compensate a lack of light in workplaces of school students depending on as far as they are deleted from a window. Management of light at schools is a basis of creation of the comfortable and eco-friendly environment of training.

Development

In 2017 the consortium "Digital Future" which includes Quorus AKS company developed the solution in the education market. It automates the basic administrative processes at schools and colleges and also creates the innovation technology platform for digital education.

The standard "boxed" product of Ural Digital School agrarian and industrial Complex integrates infrastructure, computing and network equipment and a software package of management of school.

Ezhkov Igor, president of consortium "Digital Future": "The product turned out unique as its basic complete set gives to school a set of the infrastructure equipment, all automation equipment of a management and administrative activity of the director, directors of studies and teachers, mobile personal accounts of teachers, school students and parents. Besides, we turn on in a basic complete set one more module – for monitoring of ecology of school. It allows in real time on the teacher's tablet and also in personal accounts of the director of studies, director and parent to trace the air temperature, level of a carbon dioxide gas and illumination of educational places in classes".

Specialists of Quorus AKS implemented in a program part of HSC the integration platform allowing to execute seamless integration of "The Ural digital school" with already unrolled information systems – local services (accounting, an access control control system, automated information system Power supply), the federal systems (the state information system "Contingent", the federal information system "USE") and the regional systems.

IT solution "The Ural digital school" is tested and improved based on the Ural radio engineering college and high comprehensive school No. 48 of Yekaterinburg.
