VIP-1 (Video Intelligence Processor) is a 6-core heterogeneous system on a crystal (SoC) focused on use in complexes of semantic analysis of images and computer vision.
On April 21, 2015 ElVIS-NeoTech provided the Russian semantic processor on technology of 40 nanometers intended for the systems of computer vision.
Principal component of VIP-1 — the built-in specialized video processor opening possibilities of processing of a video information for implementation of functions of video analytics and semantic processing of video images. The video processor supports all main procedures of video analytics, ensures functioning with stereoimages and copes with coding and decoding of video flows of the HD formats and ultra HD (4K) with a speed up to 60 frames per second.

VIP-1 - can be applied in the different mobile and multimedia systems, it is packed into the miniature body of 19х19 mm in size and about 3 W consume.
In addition to the video processor, VIP-1 contains:
- The 2-core ARM Cortex A9 RISC processor with an operating frequency of 1 GHz,
- core of the graphic processor,
- dual core cluster of the processor of signal processing and images.
As a part of a set of interfaces built-in controller of 1 Gbit Ethernet.
"For success in competitive struggle in the market it is necessary to offer customers the problem-oriented systems on a crystal aimed at the solution of specific applied objectives. The VIP-1 processor is focused, first of all, on the market of IP cameras of new generation with the built-in intelligence. The volume of the world market for such cameras is estimated by specialists at the amounts about $10 billion with a potential of growth up to $50 billion. And our company is seriously aimed to occupy an essential share of this market" — Yaroslav Petrichkovich, the president of ELVIS group noted.
