March 14, 2024 digital flexible employment platform Ventra Go! disclosed the financial figures for 2023. The GMV of the platform amounted to 1.8 billion, rubles which is 3.6 times more than in 2022.
The audience of the platform by the beginning of 2024 reached 1 million self-employed users, while in total, 9 Russia to data FTS million self-employed were registered. Entry into the Kazakhstan market
Ventra Company (Ventra) on July 24, 2023 announced the entry into the Kazakhstan market of the Ventra Go platform.

Ventra Go! brings workers to large retail chains in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent. In the near future, it is planned to scale up to other regions of the country.

1. The growth of business needs in line personnel
Economic growth, entry into the market of international brands and the development of their own national projects in Kazakhstan require more and more workers. At the same time, the candidate market of Kazakhstan in the mass segment is literally "suffocating" from personnel hunger. The number of vacancies in the market is growing, and the number of responses is decreasing.
