2019: 5G+VDSL2 H339X
On October 17, 2019 the ZTE Corporation company provided the first hybrid home router 5G+VDSL2 - H339X.
According to the company, the device supporting a broad spectrum of technologies of access, including 5G, VDSL2, PON and Ethernet WAN, provides to operators different options of upgrade of broadband channels communications and helps to create superhigh-performance networks.
Hybrid home router 5G+VDSL2 H339X provides broadband access to network for different scenarios. In areas where there is traditional infrastructure using copper cables, the device is capable to overcome effectively restrictions on frequency band, characteristic of xDSL, and by a combination of 5G networks and xDSL to reach gigabit speeds.
In regions where copper or fiber optic cable infrastructure is unavailable, H339X provides to users access to broadband services by means of a 5G and provides high-speed connection with a small delay time.
In combination with the SFP module GPON/XG-PON/XGS-PON, the router gives the chance of upgrade of an access network with transition from DSL to PON, that allowing operators to implement the scenarios "deep fiber". Besides, H339X supports technology 10GE Ethernet WAN, providing a possibility of creation of a home network in the SFU+ router format. The router can be reused in the course of upgrade of networks that promotes decrease in cost value of the equipment and operational maintenance for operators.
From the point of view of the user, hybrid solution H339X 5G+VDSL2 for home use supports Wi-Fi 6 and 4x4 11ax@2,4 of GHz +4x4 11ax@5 of GHz of MU-MIMO, providing physical speed at the level up to 3.6 GB / with that is three times faster in comparison with the home AC1200 routers. The gateway H339X equipped with port 10GE LAN and the interface of ultrabroadband communication of a 5G is capable to provide to users the maximum speed and network transmission capacity.
The router meets the EasyMesh standard and is compatible to devices of different producers, helping operators to implement home network services and to create smart Wi-Fi-cети.
In aspect of construction, the hybrid home H339X 5G+VDSL2 router is characterized by existence of the modern system of directional antennas preventing mutual noises from radio frequencies, a 5G and Wi-Fi. The X-figurative form of the H339X body symbolizes the numerous technologies of access integrated in this product.
