2024: Axelot WMS Rollout

3Logic Group implemented AXELOT WMS at a warehouse in Novosibirsk before launching at the main site in Moscow. Axelot (Axelot) announced this on May 21, 2024.

The increase in the number of SKUs in the 3Logic Group portfolio at the end of 2023 amounted to 57%, and on average there are about 30,000 articles in the company's warehouse. To improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, the distributor began upgrading warehouse logistics and automation systems. AXELOT WMS was chosen as the solution.

The development of technology and the configuration of the system layout were carried out at the company's warehouse with an area of 30,000 square meters. m., located in the Moscow region. One of the goals of the project was to create a universal solution that will not only meet the needs of the central warehouse, but can also be easily replicated to other sites. Before the start of productive work, it was decided to launch the finished system at the 3Logic Group warehouse in Novosibirsk, the area of which is 500 square meters. m This allowed, on the one hand, to reduce the risks of implementing the system in a central warehouse with a high load, and on the other, to replicate corporate standards and the level of service throughout the company, regardless of the region of presence, established processes and habits of individual employees.

In addition to the task of replicating processes in the warehouse in Novosibirsk and their integration general warehouse system, the logistics project team was faced with the global task of maintaining the achievements of the 3Logic Group in terms of accounting for a complex and diverse assortment, features of various distribution channels, as well as ensuring technological requirements for deployment.

WMS at facilities in Novosibirsk and Moscow operates in the same database. To do this, details are used that determine whether any document belongs to a specific warehouse and sending system. The Warehouse ID identity allows you to differentiate between event subscriptions, task queues, and strategies related to different storage areas. Since the customer uses several corporate information systems, the "Sending System" requisite is used, which allows, within the framework of this architecture, to continue replication for both CIS and WMS.

The modernization of the company's warehouse management made it possible to improve the logistics processes critical to the business and replicate standards to the remote site that affect the speed of operations and their transparency, as well as the overall quality of the warehouse. 3Logic Group has received convenient tools to improve the efficiency of warehouse logistics and a reliable foundation for business development.
