10D Pass is designed to organize checkpoints and take into account the number of workers. Also, with the help of the module, you can control and, if necessary, restrict people's access to protected areas in the event of the end of the contract or violation of labor discipline. In addition, the system aggregates employee data, including information about the presence of labor patents, which makes it easier to check at the stage of issuing passes.

The employee app contains, in addition to a digital pass in the form of a QR code, information about the person and his close-up photo to exclude the transfer of the pass to another person. The QR code at the entrance or exit from the object is read by the MCDS controller.

The integrated analytics system allows managers to monitor the number of workers, quickly make decisions in the event of a discrepancy between plan and actual indicators. A detailed passage history is available in the system, indicating the time and place, accounting of the time spent at the site, and a schedule of labor movement.

The EXACT Group of Companies had two tasks at the start: to organize a throughput system that would allow accounting for the number to control the pace of construction, and to automate the issuance of passes, because it took a lot of time for an employee of the workflow department to issue paper passes. At the end of the pilot project, the load on the clerk decreased by 90%: if earlier the issuance of passes took 3 days, now it is only 4 hours.

At large sites, access control, time recording, and staffing control play a key role because they directly affect the safety and efficiency of construction. Without the use of digital tools, these are, although simple, but time-consuming tasks that take up a lot of time for employees. Faced with such a problem, we developed the 10D Pass module. The flexibility of the settings makes it easy to adapt it to the requirements of any company.
