10D Pass is one of the modules of the 10D Platform. Designed to organize checkpoints and take into account the number of workers. Also, with the help of the module, you can control and, if necessary, restrict people's access to protected areas in the event of the end of the contract or violation of labor discipline. In addition, the system aggregates data on employees, including information on the availability of labor patents, which simplifies verification at the stage of issuing passes (as of June 2025).

2025: Face ID Implementation

According to the latest regulatory requirements, all developers operating in Moscow are required to equip construction sites with biometric access control systems. Digital module 10D Pass offers a ready-made solution that ensures the passage of employees to the construction site using Face ID technology and fully meets the requirements.

The solution was implemented jointly with Ovision, an accredited manufacturer of biometric security systems and an official partner of the Center for Biometric Technologies.

10D Pass offers a full set of tools for managing access control: online registration and approval of applications, confirmation of the identity of workers using a mobile phone by security officers during rounds, control of numbers and analysis of labor resources. All this makes the system convenient for both the security service and the production services of the developer.

We are introducing digital access mode with Face ID authentication for construction projects. Implementing such a solution in a short time, taking into account all technical and regulatory requirements, is a difficult task, but our experience includes working out many scenarios, including integration nuances and operating intricacies. We offer a ready-made debugged solution that already provides all the key aspects of working with biometrics. We are open to transferring this experience to the market. In addition, biometrics at the construction site excludes outsiders and increases security.
