2026: Building a Unified IT Resource Management Platform
ITFB Group has created a comprehensive platform for managing IT resources and custom development based on the low-code platform BPMSoft Constructor. The solution made it possible to combine internal specialists, external candidates and partner bases in one digital circuit, which ensured the scaling of the business: the annual volume of requests processed increased to 10 thousand, and the time for the initial selection of the relevant specialist was reduced to 5 minutes. ITFB Group announced this on March 16, 2026.
The prerequisite for the project was a significant increase in demand for technical specialists. Previously, the processes of searching, selecting and managing applications were carried out manually using disparate tables, which hindered the development of the company. There was a need for a system capable of automating the entire HR process cycle.
BPMSoft Constructor was chosen as the platform, which made it possible to launch the minimum viable product in just a month without the need for programming.
The system created went beyond traditional CRM by combining partnership management and resource management functions. It automates key processes, including a register of customer requests with analytics, a single pool of candidates, a map of competencies and grades, as well as routing selection with tracking of all stages - from resumes to feedback on interviews. The platform also provides the calculation of the financial model for assessing the margin of each case, maintains an interview video archive and communication history, and is integrated with BI tools and the time and attendance system.
A separate layer of automation was the robotization of repeated operations. Robots took on tasks that previously took a lot of time from managers and analysts: automatic conversion of resumes to the requirements of specific customers, distribution of lists of available specialists through marketing channels and partners, publication of current requests in external chats, as well as monitoring open vacancies on the websites of large companies for proactive response.
At the next stage, the intelligent assistant of the recruiter Polina AI, the ITFB Group's own product, was integrated into the platform. HR specialists send him a description of the vacancy and an array of resumes, the assistant analyzes the percentage of compliance of candidates, after which the system automatically calculates financial indicators and distributes project specialists taking into account profitability.
The result of the implementation was the formation of a personnel reserve exceeding 500 specialists, of which 200-300 people are constantly involved in the projects. About 500 are in the current reserve, ready for prompt conclusion to tasks.

As of March 2026, the ITFB Group team continues to develop the platform: integration with partners is expanding, automation of month closure and document flow with customers is being introduced.
