2025: Moving to HRlink

The HoReCa italy community, which includes restaurant projects in St. Petersburg and Moscow, has transferred personnel electronic document management to the HRlink platform. The company has long automated personnel workflow, but a year ago it decided to change the service provider to a solution with more functionality. HRlink announced this on October 23, 2025.

Italy is a community from restaurant industry experts. Since 2010, the team has been engaged in concept creation, restaurant project management, as well as expert consulting and mentoring. As of October 2025, more than 15 projects are operating in St. Petersburg and Moscow, including family restaurants Italy, Salone pasta & bar, Atelier tapas & bar, Juan Cantina Espanola, Joli Grand Bistrot, Bist meat & pasta bar, HITCH, Goose Goose, Bear bar, Jam Cafe and others.

As of October 2025, each community project has 50 to 100 employees. In 2024, italy abandoned paper in personnel workflow. This greatly simplified the work of personnel specialists - earlier they had to come to restaurants to register new employees, who needed to go to the first shift in a short time. KDP automation also corresponded to the group's plans to open new projects in Moscow.

The selected platform made it possible to remotely apply for work and send the employee on vacation. Soon enough, italy personnel specialists realized that the system did not cover the company's needs for HR automation. A year later, without completing the transition to the CEDO of the entire company, the team began looking for a new service provider that would meet the company's expectations, business processes, and was also able to make the transition to the new system smooth and painless.

Based on the results of market analysis, the HRlink service was chosen in italy. The platform provides easy integration with the 1C accounting system, as well as the ability to customize document templates and configure flexible signing routes. The functionality of the solution made it possible to automate the full cycle of personnel document management taking into account the specifics of the business, which significantly reduced paper work, and also accelerated and facilitated HR processes during the peak hiring seasons for restaurants.

The connection of restaurants took place gradually over seven months. To switch to this platform of personnel EDO, specialists went to points where they collected consent from employees on the management of KDP through HRlink, and also answered all questions of interest. Previously, employees also received memos developed by HRlink with instructions for using the service.

As of October 2025, the entire company uses HRlink. Italy plans to expand the HR automation field and connect a service for remote hiring of Start Link employees (part of the HRlink HR EDO ecosystem).
