2025: Transition to VK Workspace
The Khabensky Foundation switched to VK Workspace corporate mail. VK (formerly Mail.ru Group) announced this on August 26, 2025.
The platform is used by all employees of the non-profit organization.
The service allows the team to communicate faster both within the organization and with external partners, volunteers and families of wards. The fund's employees also gained access to other tools of the VK WorkSpace platform: a corporate messenger, video calls, a disk with online documents and other services.
The Khabensky Foundation helps children and young adults with brain and spinal cord tumors to receive the necessary medical care and return to normal life. The organization supplies equipment and supplies to hospitals, organizes training for doctors, conducts rehabilitation programs for wards and helps them pay for treatment, in cases where the cost of medical care cannot be covered by compulsory medical insurance. The Foundation is also a partner of the VK Dobro project, which unites charitable non-profit organizations and volunteers from all over Russia.
{{quote 'Supporting social projects is an important part of our mission because we are confident that digital tools should work for the good of society. We are glad to be able to provide VK WorkSpace platform services to the Konstantin Khabensky Foundation, "said Anton Ten, Commercial Director of VK WorkSpace. }}
It is important for us that foundation employees can quickly respond to appeals from both wards and their families, as well as benefactors, volunteers and assistants of the foundation in a protected format. Every day we exchange hundreds of letters, and VK WorkSpace significantly increases our efficiency: letters are automatically distributed between departments, and it is convenient for employees to work with attachments and correspondence on projects, "commented Anastasia Trishkina, Fundraising Director of the Khabensky Foundation. |
