Magnit Market has digitized the hiring and transfer of employees, registration of vacations and business trips, as well as other processes - familiarization with the provisions on labor protection, instructions for working with equipment, applications to accounting. With KEDOVK HR Tek, employees and managers receive and sign documents on the web and in the mobile application, and the human resources department centrally manages processes. With the help of VK HR Tek, the company accelerated human resources processes, reduced paper workflow and reduced operating costs.

The implementation of the VK HR Tek platform took place in stages. In 2023, the number of remote employees increased in the company, so the back office and IT department were transferred to the CEDO - about 900 people. In 2025, the largest division - warehouse personnel, 1900 employees - is connected to VK HR Tek.

Magnit-Market plans to complete a large-scale transition by connecting all new employees to the CEDO. The company also plans to implement the Vacation Schedule module to automate the full planning cycle of the annual vacation campaign.
