Quality Control and Placement

At the stage of incoming inspection, sampling tasks are transmitted to the Quality Control Department employees directly through the system. According to the inspection results, the boxes are marked with special labels, and all information is automatically recorded in the WMS.

After accepting pallets, the system generates placement tasks taking into account the specifics of the product - be it monopolets or temperature-sensitive reagents. Warehouse employees can adjust the bin variants to be placed, but only with the rules and restrictions in place.

The WMS takes into account the shipping type, be it return to supplier or transfer to production, and strictly follows the FIFO principle. For tagged products, the system tracks the aggregation codes, and the inspection is only possible by recalculating each unit.
