With Pro-Bright the help of the 1C-Rarus development, built into the enterprise management system, the 1C:ERP marking packaging of products was also accelerated 5 times, and the transfer to data GIS was ensured. Honest Sign This "" was 1C-Rarus announced on October 31, 2025.

PRO-BRIGHT is a Russian manufacturer of professional and household chemicals. The company was founded in St. Petersburg in 2003. More than 700 chemicals are produced under the PRO-BRITE brand.

The own laboratory complex develops and tests product samples. More than 200 distributors and dealers distribute products to Russia and from its borders. The brand's products are used in industry, catering, to medicine and, and are retail also supplied for the B2B and B2C segments.

Since February 2025, 1C-Rarus has been supporting and developing the enterprise management system. The expansion of legislative requirements for mandatory labeling of goods required the restructuring and automation of business processes for packaging PRO-BRIGHT products. It was decided to set up communication "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" with cameras for reading QR codes and industrial label printing printers, as well as ensure the transfer of data to the Honest Sign GIS.

The 1C-Rarus team completed the project exactly by September 1, 2025 - the date of the beginning of the mandatory labeling of goods of the Antiseptics group (for the rest of the company's products, labeling will become mandatory from 2026).

Key project results:

  • For 3 months, legal introduction of products into circulation is ensured. The mandatory labeling process has been transformed from a labor-intensive operation into an automated pipeline. This made it possible to ensure transparency of accounting and legal introduction of products into circulation within the required time frame.
  • The introduction of mandatory labeling did not slow down the pace of production. Thanks to automation, products are still produced on schedule. The formation time of one box is only 10-15 seconds, which is 5 times faster compared to how this would happen manually. More than 2000 product units of the same type of goods are produced, marked and packed per shift.
  • It was possible to save staff costs. The production line works without the involvement of additional employees for scanning and printing - one collector is enough to complete boxes with finished products. The module ensures efficient operation, optimized enterprise resources.
