In September, 2011 the project on development of methodology and automation of strategic management, in JSC Kaztransgaz Aimag on the platform of the software product "INTALEV started: Corporate management"

Project objective is "Increase in efficiency of internal activity of JSC Kaztransgaz Aimag due to development of methodology of the Balanced scorecard and its further automation, development of recommendations about reorganization of an organization structure, development of the system of material motivation" in JSC Kaztransgaz Aimag in an ACS on the software platform "INTALEV: Corporate management"

By estimates of specialists of JSC Kaztransgaz Aimag, development and automation of a system of strategic management, and the balanced scorecard (Balanced Scorecard) is necessary for:

  • The reliable and complete information for understanding of extent of loading of personnel, uniformity of distribution of this loading;
  • Enough indicators, for assessment of productive activity of branches;
  • Balances between strategic objectives of the organization;
  • Communications of the existing system of motivation with effectiveness of activity of heads of the highest and average control link.

General purpose of the project is increase in efficiency of internal activity of JSC Kaztransgaz Aimag due to development of methodology of the balanced scorecard and its further automation, development of recommendations about reorganization of an organization structure, development of the system of material motivation.

2013. Final

Partners in a solution implementation project "INTALEV: Corporate management" for Kaztransgaz of Aimag completed development of the system of strategic management and the balanced scorecard (Balanced Scorecard).

Results

  • Strategies for three types of activity of the company — strategic maps and the list of indicators to the level of directors of departments are developed.
  • The system of motivation is connected with strategy, accomplishment of indicators should lead to its implementation.
  • The organization structure is brought into accord with requirements of strategy — functional became divisional. Such structure should be more effective in development of the company as will lead to decentralization of management and will create conditions for independence of divisions (business units). Separation of businesses should create high degree of survival of businesses in the conditions of the modern market, develop entrepreneurial skills at top managers.
