"ARVAL" was connected to Electronic Registered Mail service of Russian Post

The ARVAL company, the operator of operational leasing and management of corporate parks, began cooperation with Russian Post regarding a receipt of letters with copies of resolutions on penalties in the field of traffic.

Project Progress

In June, 2017 "ARVAL" began cooperation with Russian Post, having become the first legal entity among the companies working in a segment of operational leasing, and in July — the corporate receiver of e-mails across all Russia.

Management of penalties is the integral service in the company specializing in provision of services of operational leasing. In October, 2016 specialists of "ARVAL" developed own online office (arval.online) for informing clients on the received penalties which allows:

• confirm correctness of the exposed penalties before their transfer to payment;
• trace dates of receipt and payments of penalties, including a possibility of the payment of a penalty at a discount 50% provided by the law;
• analyze the frequency and types of perfect offenses;
• fix the users who were directly managing the vehicle at the time of offense commission.

Project Results

The intuitive online service of Russian Post "Electronic registered mail" allows ARVAL company to receive in a short space of time notifications on penalties of clients from traffic police in electronic form. Each notification contains the electronic copy of the resolution on imposing of a penalty similar to the paper letter.

The Electronic Registered Mail service allows specialists of "ARVAL" to load in the client's online office electronic copies of resolutions on violations the next working day after their sending by authorities.

On a withdrawal of the company, connection to an online service of Russian Post allowed to give additional opportunities to users of ARVAL vehicles:

• the inaccuracy in a destination address is excluded;
• the copy of the resolution is available in the client's online office practically right after emergence of information on a penalty in traffic police base;
• fast obtaining e-mails guarantees payment of penalties at a discount within 20 days from the date of pronouncement of the resolution on administrative offense.

As of August, 2017 this innovation extends to Moscow, the Moscow and Rostov regions. For other regions of the letter still come in paper form.
