2023: Use of "JV HR Management"

Auchan Tech localized SAP HCM to automate human resources with the help of the Russian developer LAB JV, which announced this on November 13, 2023. As part of the use of the JV Human Resources product, 5 service packs were released, including 14 development projects.

The software module "JV Personnel Management" allows you to adapt SAP systems to the requirements of Russian legislation. Releases are released each month and usually include up to 5 updates and solutions. At the same time, if the draft law is published in advance, the company prepares appropriate updates before the law comes into force.

Within the framework of the AUCHAN TEH and LAB project, the joint venture updated the data generation algorithm and output forms, including for the report on the YeFS-1 form that appeared in 2023. Such a report contains information on labor activity and experience, salary, additional pension contributions, contributions for injuries and information on medical examinations, special labor assessment. At the same time, the process is identical in terms of labor intensity and timing of updates to the old one.

In 2022, several serious factors came together at once. On the one hand, the change in all reporting forms due to the merger of funds, on the other, the departure of the vendor, whose system we actively used. The main task for us was to find a reliable partner who will not only be able to provide timely system updates in accordance with the changes, but also ensure their support at a high level. AUCHAN was among the companies that decided on a strategy for working with existing SAP systems in the fall of 2022, and became one of our first clients, - commented Pavel Deverilin, General Director of LAB SP LLC. - We began active work in February 2023: we took over the localization of the HR system and its support in accordance with legislative changes. That is, the base part was closed so that the AUCHAN IT team could concentrate on the important tasks of the company.
