2024: Implementation and automation of a unified system of control over the provision of RS and PPE
Task
Implementation and automation of a unified control system for the provision of RS (special clothing and) and PPE (personal protective equipment).
Execution
We created a dashboard that reflects detailed analytics on the level of provision of employees, introduced processes related to equipping workers with personal accounts.
Achieved result
The processes of selecting, obtaining and operating CO and PPE have become faster and more convenient. We realized the opportunity for employees to choose their preferred RS and PPE within the framework of annual planning through an application in their personal account. Specialists can view the status of it, and production personnel have the opportunity to submit applications for repair, storage, replacement and issuance of the duty CO and PPE. They also provided the ability to leave feedback.
2021: Building an Intranet System
Task
The Accounts Chamber is the highest body of state control of finance. They monitor the use of budget funds, assess how effectively they are disposed of and identify violations. The company has about 2,000 employees in 31 departments. Each employee needs to plan and coordinate leave, organize working hours and meetings with colleagues. Everyone regularly applies to the accounting department for certificates, monitors the company's news and informs colleagues on work issues himself. Before the introduction of the corporate portal, these processes were time-consuming.
The task is to identify internal processes that can be automated. Design your software architecture to meet your business needs. Develop and implement an intranet system that will speed up internal communications and help all employees of the Accounts Chamber work more effectively together.
Execution
Development was carried out in two stages. At first, Extyl specialists conducted business analytics and launched the basic functionality of the portal. Implementing the system and testing it on users, they simultaneously developed the second part - a guide blog, feedback, "Chamber of Ideas" and integration with external systems and databases.
Safety requirements
