The decision on the choice of the DocsVision system is made within implementation of the city target program "Electronic Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky" according to the results of an open competition where SEDO were considered: Naumen DMS and NauDoc, BOSS-Referent, EUPHRATES Document flow.

Project Progress

System implementation provides 3 stages with a scope of all bodies and organizations of administration and full automation of processes of office-work to the middle of 2007. As a result of project implementation the majority of the functions of document flow connected with document registration, creation of resolutions, execution and control of execution of documents and also process of preparation of the outgoing document and an order of the report on completion dates of documents will be automated. The created storage of documents will allow to use quickly existing information all staff of the organization, as when processing incoming documents from the organizations, and during the work with citizens' appeals.

Within the project on control of citizens' appeals electronic booths through which applicants will be able to control work of Administration on the addresses will be unrolled (to monitor consideration and execution of addresses). The special module using technology of barcoding is developed for the solution of this task on the DocsVision platform.

It is going to expand functionality of a system for ensuring work of inspectorate for affairs of minors, and in the long term to use the platform during creation a component of a system of personal accounting of the population. Version: 3.6

2013: Development of the project on the Docsvision 5 platform

In administration of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city district the project on implementation of the Citizens' appeals application on the Docsvision 5 platform is begun, the press service of developer reported on August 19, 2013.

Project Background

Main objective of implementation - automation of process of registration of citizens' appeals. Implementation of the module is performed by department of maintenance of municipal automated information systems of MAU "Resource Center of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky City District", at the same time the project is implemented within the Early Adoption program.

Implementation of the application is an important part of the project of transition to Docsvision 5 – development of the module happens along with updating of the EDMS platform. For August 19, 2013 in the Docsvision system 700 users work, at the same time 200 competitive licenses of a system and 22 licenses of the module "Citizens' appeals" are used. The module is used by authorized persons and registrars of service of "one window". At the same time cards of tasks which are created on the basis of citizens' appeals are available to all contractors on whom they are painted.

"The citizens' appeals application created especially for public authorities and local government provides a convenient form of storage and data retrieval of applicants and the history of their addresses. Thanks to the friendly interface, it is equally convenient both for heads, and for contractors. And the built-in mechanism for integration with external systems, for example, with the portal of state services, does it useful in every respect.
