2020: Agreement with the purpose of increase in efficiency of public administration

The Digital Economy organization and the government of Tula region signed the agreement on cooperation. It became known on August 4, 2020.

Cooperation of the parties will be directed to increase in efficiency of public administration in Tula region due to application of information technologies and platform solutions, the accelerated implementation in the territory of the region of digital projects, including from base of effective cases of the Digital Economy organization, and creation of an effective system of interaction of the parties on implementation of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation national program.

The agreement was signed by the CEO of the Digital Economy organization Evgeny Kovnir and the First Deputy Governor of Tula region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev. Responsible for execution of arrangements the director of regional policy of the organization Alexander Zorin speaks on behalf of the Digital Economy organization, from the Government of Tula region – the deputy minister on informatization, communication and questions of open management of Tula region Elena Kazmerchuk.

Digital transformation one of the national purposes up to 2030 development of year. It is necessary using digital solutions to perform "reset" of key industries of economy. Interaction with ANO Tsifrovaya ekonomika will allow to get acquainted with the best practices of digitalization of regions which can be applicable also in the territory of Tula region", - Kazmerchuk Elena Vadimovna - the deputy minister on informatization, communication and questions of open management of Tula region comments.

It should be noted that the Government of Tula region conducts system work on implementation of digital technologies not only in the system of a state administration, but also in economy and the social sphere of the region. For example, in the national rating of investment attractiveness of regions of the Agency of strategic initiatives provided on July 9, 2020 to the President RUSSIAN FEDERATION To Vladimir Putin, Tula region came to the 3rd place, having conceded only To Moscow and To Tatarstan. Ministry of Economic Development On quality of providing the public and municipal services electronically Tula region also steadily takes the leading positions in the rating of Russia and at the end of 2019 enters in top-5 regions. At the same time the region shows an explicit request for the advanced Russian digital technologies. And here we as the organization which logs in public administration by the national program "Digital Economy" representing the interests of the leading Russian technology companies, are ready to become for the region the partner and together to solve problems of disruptive social and economic development for the benefit of economy and residents of Tula region, - the director of regional policy of the Digital Economy organization Alexander Zorin emphasized.

The source reminded that for the purpose of development of tourism industry, the sphere of hospitality of Tula region the Digital Economy organization carried out "digital pumping" of the industry which result was determination about 30 Russian digital solutions which implementation and use will allow to raise as cost efficiency of activity of the specific organizations of the industry, and efficiency of public administration by the industry in general.

The base of regional cases of digital transformation created by the Digital Economy organization which for August, 2020 contains more than 220 projects will also become a source of solutions for digitalization of the region. The base contains solutions for improvement of quality of life, increase in efficiency of a state administration and business.
