On December 18, 2018 the Cisco company reported that in administration of the city district Balashikha the corporate platform for joint work on the basis of Cisco technologies is built. The integrated solution provides management of voice and video calls, increases mobility of employees, allows them to communicate and use conference communication and also opens ample opportunities of contact center on the uniform server. The project is implemented by the registered partner of Cisco in Russia Elefus company.
The project allowed to integrate different means of communication in a single system and to organize effective interaction of the serving remote offices of administration of the city district located in the localities of Balashikha, Saltykovka, Railway, Sobolikh, Nikolsko-Arkhangelsky.

Within the project numerous were involved applications and such elements, as system of corporate telephony based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, the system of instant exchange of messages using clients Cisco Jabber, including mobile and stationary devices, voice mail Cisco Unity Connection and the voice assistant are set based on Cisco Unified Contact Center Express. Users of mobile devices had an opportunity to be connected to corporate network through Internet by means of boundary Expressway Core controllers and Edge without additional VPN- connection. Such approach simplifies the procedure of remote connection as saves from need of installation of the additional software.
All principal components of the solution work on server Cisco Business Edition 6000M4, and reserve units are distributed on the servers conforming to requirements virtualizations of UC-applications in DPC the customer. Existence in regular delivery of the Cisco UCCX server allowed to deploy the service of automatic adjustment of the TAPS phones that reduced time of connection of phones "from a box" to one minute. Due to use of panels of the CP-8800-A-KEM expansion and traditional functionality of set of BLF indicators and also BLF for lists of calls work of secretaries became significantly simpler, and the processing speed of requests doubled.
