On November 22, 2016 it became known of the project of complex automation of work of the enterprises of agro-industrial complex in the Oryol region. The project is implemented within the agreement on cooperation between the Government of the Oryol region and Republic of Belarus on the platform of JSC Mtsensk Agricultural Firm.
Project Tasks
Project objectives – to implement and prepare for further replication of technology, more effective control of field works and agrotechnical transactions. As a result – decrease in final product cost and improving competitiveness of the enterprise.
Project Progress
In the project developments of residents of a cluster of GLONASS (K-57) are used.
The technology basis is based on a hardware and software system of the Russian developers. At the same time in it possibilities of the navigation system of monitoring and programs for operational planning and accounting of work of agricultural enterprises are integrated. For control of technical and technology transactions technologies GLONASS RFID , etc. are used. |
One of properties of a system - a possibility of remote diagnostics of a status of technical nodes and units of combines of production of JSC Gomselmash (Republic of Belarus). For this purpose the special device allowing to obtain in addition data on work of the systems of the equipment, to control actions of drivers and amounts of completed work is installed in combines, saving warranty obligations of the manufacturing plant.
Today parameters which could not be received without use of expensive sensors earlier, for example became available to reading: axle load or humidity of grain, loading of the engine or fixing of seat belts, fuel consumption. With development of the equipment on data reading from a numerical control system of cars there were ample opportunities for full control of any vehicle fleet cargo and cars, agricultural machinery. |
Project participants assume to unroll a system and most effectively to fulfill all its elements by the beginning of spring and field works of 2017. Developments of five participants of a cluster of GLONASS are involved in the project.
