2021: Implementation of Edith Pro system "1C: Document Flow 8"
On October 11, 2021, the Edith Pro group of companies announced that it had introduced the 1C: Document Flow of 8 system in Agro-Construction Technologies (AST) to work with contracts, incoming and outgoing correspondence. The solution provides the organization with extensive office management capabilities.
Agro-Construction Technologies is an international company, the official dealer of special equipment John Deere: construction, agricultural and logging. The organization is present in 20 regions of Russia, as well as in Belarus. AST has its own warehouses with an area of more than 15 thousand m2, the cost of spare parts stored there is about 700 million rubles.
The activities of Agro-Construction Technologies seriously complicated the large volume of paper document circulation. In addition, the company experienced difficulties due to the lack of a link between document reconciliation and order status in the sales management system. We decided to change the situation using the implementation of 1C: Document Flow of 8 system.
During the work, Edith Pro specialists seamlessly integrated the solution with the corporate sales management system based on 1C: Trade Management to implement the functionality of contract work. The project required the exchange of background and analytical information as well as contractual documentation.
On November 11, 2021, Edith Pro is engaged in the maintenance and refinement of the organization's sales management system.
"System" 1C: Document Flow 8 "significantly reduced the timing of the approval of contractual documents in Agro-Construction Technologies and increased the transparency of processes. Thanks to the decision, the organization's employees received a more reliable, holistic and up-to-date set of consistent information. In addition, workers spend much less time and effort preparing and searching for the necessary documents. As a result, tasks are performed more efficiently, and the company can better control the workflow process, "- commented by Dmitry Kichko, General Director of Edith Pro Group of Companies. |
