The Agropromkomplektation holding was founded in 1988, the active participant of national projects Development of HSC and the state program of development of agriculture of the Russian Federation. By efficiency the key production indicators do not concede European and considerably exceed average Russian.

Choosing a Solution

Having analyzed origins of problems, the management of holding came to the decision, to develop and implement a system of key performance indicators (KPI) which on the one hand would allow to manage obtaining integrated result of activity of the Slaughter (profit) and to differentiate the centers of responsibility with other structures of holding, and on the other hand to become a basis for updating of a management system of the centers of a face of the cattle, base for a personnel incentive system.
