2018: Equipment by telephone communication of 500 departments in Moscow
The Russian Post announced on April 10, 2018 equipment since the beginning of year of 500 post offices in Moscow modern telephone communication. Services are provided by Akado Telecom company. The project is implemented based on the Russian software and active telecommunication equipment.
Especially for Russian Post of Akado Telecom on the network built the distributed telephone network with intellectual call processing. It allowed to create uniform corporate telephone IP network with uniform corporate numbering to which it is connected by several hundred post offices of Moscow. Now multichannel telephone communication with different additional functions (short numbers, voice greetings, call transfer, including on the mobile phone, conference communication, deduction of a call, distribution of calls, etc.) is available to several thousand employees of Russian Post within service Virtual PBX.
Using Akado Telecom of the software package integrated from Virtual PBX developed by specialists management of services and additional services is performed automatically via the portal of the administrator — Akado Telecom. Unlike a classical telephone network, calls in Akado Telecom network are not rated that saves the customer's costs. "Virtual PBX" — the complete solution. Akado Telecom implemented delivery, setup, equipment installation and maintenance for Russian Post.
Service implementation Virtual PBX in the Moscow branch of Russian Post allowed to build a single telephone network of branch without additional investments into infrastructure. Installation of video cameras in departments of Moscow area
On November 27, 2017 the telecom operator of COMCOR (a trademark of AKADO Telecom) announced the modern video cameras transferring images in a format of high definition installation in departments of a mail service of Moscow area.
Based on the macroregion Moscow the uniform situational center which in real time by data from surveillance cameras keeps track of efficiency of post offices is created. If the staff of the center notes the raised client flow in department, they without delay contact the chief of department and the management of post office for acceptance of additional measures for customer service acceleration.
At data transmission from IP video cameras the protected protocol is used that guarantees confidentiality of information. Thanks to cloud computing of AKADO Telecom the staff of Russian Post gets the round-the-clock access to video through the web interface. Technical support of a video surveillance system is performed 24/7.
The performed works are a part of the joint large-scale project on the organization of cloud video surveillance on key objects of Russian Post. This year the telecom operator already organized the system of cloud video surveillance in 497 departments of a mail service of Moscow and 124 post offices of the Moscow region. The logistic center of Russian Post near Vnukovo Airport also was connected to additional video surveillance.

The organization of a video surveillance system in departments in Moscow and area
In the spring of 2017 the telecom operator of COMCOR (a trademark of AKADO Telecom) implemented the project on the organization of a system of cloud video surveillance on objects of FGUP Russian Post. Video cameras are installed in 473 departments of a mail service of public type in Moscow and 38 post offices in the Moscow region.
Modern IP video cameras have high resolution that provides the qualitative image in a format of high definition. Use of cloud computing of the Data Processing Center (DPC) of AKADO Telecom gives the chance of the round-the-clock access to video via the web interface in real time. Information is stored in virtual DPC up to 7 days. The telecom operator guarantees confidentiality of information as data transmission is performed on the protected protocol. Technical support of a video surveillance system is performed 24/7.
In plans of AKADO Telecom and Russian Post - to implement the project on the organization of video analytics on the basis of video surveillance for calculation of clients and control of work of staff of post offices. Data retrieveds can be used for improvement of service and monitoring of activity of personnel of Russian Post.
