It was required to launch the program from January 2024 with the simultaneous termination of the old accounting system. The Implementation Center was required to provide training to mill personnel and support data entry and analysis within four months to verify that the new program was working correctly based on the closed Q1 results.

The implementation of the project made it possible to simplify the model of production accounting, increase its transparency, and avoid mass rewriting of documents following the results of the closing period. Now the customer performs all movements at the cost of materials, costs, products only with standard documents with registers 1C:ERP with correct analytics. The Company refused to use a separate WMS system in the warehouses of finished products, exchanges of information between it and the accounting system; switched to a unified WMS subsystem in raw materials and container warehouses.

The development of tools made it possible to get rid of the entry of virtual operations, to describe the current warehouse business process as much as possible, to provide interested services with reliable and operational information about the balances.

Just moving the forecast planning task for the release of finished products from Excel to the accounting system allowed

• get quick access to information sources for plan calculation,
• automatically recalculate the result when the sources change,
• organize simultaneous access to the necessary data for employees of different departments,
• eliminate errors related to the possibility of incorrect filling of cells in the Excel table.

Calculating the cost and financial result has become easier, which means that the time for closing the reporting period has decreased.

The introduction of an automated information system based on the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product was launched in May-June 2023. She completely switched to independent work in the AMKK system in May 2024. 150 workplaces were put into commercial operation. 20 of them were at data collection terminals (mobile client).
