2024: Creation of an ERP system for managing leasing activities

K2 Tekh, together with Alfa-Leasing, developed a ERP system for managing leasing activities based on 1C. With the help of the ERP system, more than 240 business processes (over 1.5 thousand automation requirements) and 200 reporting forms were refactored. Accounting and reporting are given to the FSBU 25/2018 standard. The total coverage of the project was 500 users. K2 Tekh announced this on April 25, 2024.

The implementation was due to federal law, as well as the inconsistency of the historical system with the scale of the business and the requirements of management reporting. In 2019, an order was adopted by the Ministry of Finance of Russia on a new federal accounting standard, which demanded to change the methodology for keeping records of lease and leasing. By the time the order came into force, there were no ready-made leasing management solutions on the market that met the requirements of the business and the peculiarities of the new methodology. K2Tekh experts together with Alfa-Leasing proposed to develop a solution based on 1C:ERP. Enterprise Management 2 "- the architecture was suitable for further customization.

It was planned to launch the system in 2022, and by the beginning of 2023 to receive transparent reports from the FSBU 25/2018 in an automated mode. However, the analysis revealed more complex requirements than originally expected - the project required involving more resources, increasing the time frame, making management decisions to parallelize the stages and simultaneously conducting analytics, design and development across various functional blocks in order to achieve a quick result.

Despite the difficulties that arose, the customer submitted reports for 2022 by transforming the data, and in 2023 pilot production and stabilization of the functionality of the new product began. In February 2024, a correct annual report was formed using the functionality of the new ERP system and thanks to the joint efforts of K2Tex and Alfa-Leasing, as well as the full involvement of the business customer in the project and the annual audit was successfully completed.
