The Alvikar-MM construction company automates normative and financial accounting

Program "1C: Accounting 8. PROF" it is selected by ALVIKAR-MM construction company for financial accounting and preparation of the tax and regulated reporting, the 1C-Rarus company integrator reported on February 12, 2013.

Background

The requirement of the management about conducting accounting and tax accounting for standards of the Russian legislation became the main reason of carrying out automation in the company.

The selected product "1C: Accounting 8. PROF" satisfied requests of the construction enterprise regarding financial accounting. The 1C-Rarus company performed delivery of the program, its setup and training of staff of department of accounting in work in a system.

Result

The created information system helps company management precisely and to quickly monitor settlings with clients on all services, including all-construction, finishing, project, roofing, special mounting, sanitary, ventilating, wiring, architectural design works and also installation of metalwork and improvement of the territory.

In a system account of banking and cash activities, accounting of intangible assets, fixed assets and inventory items of the company is kept. The company had an opportunity in time to hand over in tax authorities the necessary reporting – reliable and transparent.
