1C-Rarus completed the project on automation of network of Anadolu restaurants

On December 21, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on Anadolu automation – network of restaurants, known in Baku.

Project Progress

The business and tax accounting system in network of Anadolu restaurants is built based on the platform of 1C. The high efficiency and reliability of the used solutions induced the management of holding to select programs "1C-Rarus: Plant of a power supply" and AS Restart for automation of operational and managerial tasks. The 1C-Rarus company which specialists have wide experience of automation in the field of HoReCa became the partner in the project.

Now all restaurants of network work in the unified information system. With the help "1C-Rarus: Plant of a power supply" purchase management, is organized by production, sales, finance.

Project Results

Qualitatively analytics level changed. Now managers at decision making operate with specific digits and indicators. Opportunities "1C-Rarus: The plant of a power supply" is allowed to analyze in several minutes, the proposal of suppliers as the margin level what ingredients and in what quantity are necessary for accomplishment of orders what remaining balance in warehouses – parameters can be any changed is how profitable. Time for data entry was reduced. The procedure of carrying out inventory became simpler.

Automation of the front office with the help of AS Restart allowed to increase service quality and to increase the speed of accomplishment of customer orders. Fixing of actions of personnel and differentiation of access rights help to reduce possible losses.

Thanks to implementation of the module "Fast food" work of one more direction – an immediate-service window is automated. Time for order fulfillment was as a result reduced, the number of errors at data entry decreased.
