Uchastik of the market of investments "AHEKT" implements the profile solution of automation

Specialists 1C-Rarus carried out works on automation of accounting and internal accounting of ANEKT company as implementing solution 1C-Rarus: Mutual fund (Mutual investment funds), the company integrator reported on February 27, 2013.

Start

For streamlining of accounting of activities for management of mutual investment funds it was decided to carry out automation of this section. Using an information system it was required to organize the following processes:

• Performing transactions on several mutual investment funds (open and interval) in the uniform information database;
• Automatic calculation of NAV taking into account the existing regulating documents;
• Formation of standard accounting records, the monthly regulated reporting taking into account the existing resolutions of FFMS with a possibility of unloading in the electronic questionnaire of FFMS;
• Charge of the remunerations and expenses connected with activity of management company.

From the industry solutions presented at the market it is selected "1C-Rarus: Mutual investment funds, edition 2" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Implementation was carried out by the developer of the program - "1C-Rarus".

Project Results

Implementation of industry solution at the customer creates the information system considering original requirements and implementing all main aspects of professional and business activity of customer company.

Important property of the created system - an opportunity to prepare the different analytical reporting: reports on requests in a day, about requests for the period, the register of shareholders, the report of the managing director, reports on a remaining balance and turnovers on the movement of shares by fund, to remaining balance and turnovers on the movement of shares by shareholders, the report on problem requests.
