Antal Talent has been operating in the markets of Russia and neighboring countries for more than 30 years. The company occupies a high position in the industry, specializing in the recruitment of middle and top management staff in various professional fields and sectors of the economy. Among its clients are Russian and international brands, at the origins of the formation of which is the Antal Talent team.

As of December 2025, the company has two Russian offices - in St. Petersburg, as well as in Moscow, from where human resources are centralized. The financial and temporary losses that the company experienced when sending documents to employees in St. Petersburg became the starting point for the rejection of paper in HR.

In 2020, Antal Talent introduced the first personnel EDO platform, which optimized the work of specialists, especially in terms of informing employees about the number of remaining days of vacation. During the year, the process of transferring personnel processes to a digital platform took place, but after 1.5 years of use, a number of its shortcomings appeared.

The company was not satisfied with the complex process of customizing application templates, as well as the quality of technical support - some of the problems could be solved within up to five days, which is excluded in the process of registering a new employee for work, and in some cases forced to return to paper document management. By the time the license period of the first platform was nearing the end, it was decided to search for another EPC supplier.

One of the important requirements for the vendor was the possibility of rapid implementation. A team of 70 people had to be transferred to the system being implemented in two weeks. HRlink coped with the task: during the implementation of the project, most of the time it took to formalize the consent of employees, while the technical part of the project was solved in a few days.

According to Anna Chivileva, Director of Personnel and Administrative Activities of Antal Talent, the company was also satisfied with the level of support and individual approach to customers in HRlink - the manager is always ready to quickly resolve any issue that arises and advise the team. In addition, the service makes it possible to independently quickly and simply make changes to the forms and templates of documents, which significantly speeds up the personnel process.
