As reported, the introduction of AXELOT TMS allowed Asia Retail CJSC to combine transportation and fleet management in one system. Thanks to the simultaneous launch of TMS and WMS, the company has received a wide range of tools to optimize the effectiveness of route planning processes, control the execution of applications and reduce time and financial costs.

The task of the company's warehouse and transport logistics is to provide each store with fresh products and timely replenish the range of goods. As of January 2024, the number of applications for transportation per day reaches 2000, transportation is carried out by its own vehicles. Large sales volumes and complex supply chains require a particularly careful approach to the quality of flight planning. Processing such volumes of information manually is extremely problematic. Therefore, the management of Asia Retail CJSC decided to automate and optimize the management of transportation processes using the AXELOT TMS system.

Using the wide functionality and parametric capabilities of AXELOT TMS, the AXELOT project team adapted the solution to the peculiarities of the business processes of the hypermarket network in terms of transportation management and its own fleet.

You have set up accounting for all transportation needs, the lion's share of which is the movement of goods between warehouses and stores. The system also plans interregional shipments, stock transfers to and from production to outlets. It is possible to download transportation requests, taking into account various restrictions. Optimization in the planning of flights is carried out according to the criteria of delivery time and transportation costs. Also, when planning routes, delivery time windows and temperature conditions of products are taken into account.

Track sheets are used to keep records of your own fleet. They are printed on the basis of created documents of Orders for vehicles that carry out transportation and are listed on the balance sheet of the enterprise. The Order document records the planned and actual fuel costs, as well as mileage. The AXELOT mobile application helps to control the performance of flights by drivers.

Simultaneously with the introduction of TMS, AXELOT specialists launched AXELOT WMS. Both systems are components of the AXELOT SCM integrated logistics platform, so it was very easy to ensure their interaction. A single architecture allows processes to seamlessly "flow" between systems in real time. For example, an Order is placed in the status "In Progress" after receiving information from the WMS about the fact that the goods were shipped from the warehouse. Information on the cargo items formed, the number of SKUs on each pallet from AXELOT The WMS is transmitted to the AXELOT TMS and is used to clarify the product composition for the transportation requests.

AXELOT specialists integrated solutions into the company's information landscape using the DATAREON PLATFORM data bus. Transport monitoring is performed using the AXELOT RTVP module. Data on tracked flights are sent to TMS from RTVP already in the form of an actual traffic track, allowing you to collect comprehensive analytics on transportation in various sections in real time. Costs for own fleet maintenance are recorded, repairs are recorded in TMS, units and additional equipment are recorded. The costs of external and internal transportation, expenses for fuel and lubricants, insurance, wages for drivers, etc., are recorded.

In Kyrgyzstan, vehicles are most common due to the small size of the country, as well as a poorly developed railway network. At the same time, the specifics of the region are such that carriers often face various kinds of restrictions - both natural and legislative. Therefore, for Kyrgyz companies engaged in the transportation of products, the issue of effective flight planning is relevant, taking into account various restrictions.

The Asia trading network is now assisted by the AXELOT TMS system with the AXELOT Maps mapping service. The service contains not only the maps of the area themselves, but also information about traffic congestion, high-speed modes, types of pavement, established restrictions and travel bans. Thanks to these data, routes are formed in an optimal way so as to reduce delivery time and transportation costs in general.

The introduction of AXELOT TMS made it possible to optimize logistics operations and gain positive changes in the company's work almost immediately after launch. Route planning processes are fully automated, time and financial costs are reduced, route routes are optimized taking into account the specifics of the region.
