Atyashevsky completed the project on system implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

On June 18, 2019 the Atyashevsky company reported that it completed the project on system implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) — the module on management of maintenance and repair of the equipment (TORO). The Technology of Logistics Systems (TLS) company acted as the partner in implementation.

According to the company, thanks to SAP implementation of Plant Maintenance (TORO) MPK "Atyashevsky" is going to reduce equipment housekeeping overheads by 25-30%, to increase productivity of work of repair personnel by 30%, to increase equipment service life due to timeliness of scheduled repairs by 20% and to reduce the volume of warehouse stocks of the inventory items (II) by 20%.

The project on management of maintenance and repair of the equipment is development continuation the SAP experts on platforms of Group of Tallinn. In 2015 MPK "Atyashevsky" together with TLS company successfully implemented the project on automation of warehouse processes using the SAP EWM system (Extended Warehouse Management).

The SAP solution PM (TOPO) allowed to optimize the main business processes of management of maintenance and repair of the equipment, to systematize and automate hraneniyebaza of data of the equipment, standards, materials, the history of hardware maintenance, the expense accounting on TORO and also an output of reports on accomplishment of indicators of KPI.
