On July 24, 2014 the IBS group announced the beginning of maintenance of a corporate system on the SAP platform in BTA-Kazan bank.
Project Tasks
The bank is interested in involvement of new clients, effective work with the existing customer base. For this purpose in bank the solution SAP CRM of version 7.0 is used. A system provides management of corporate sales, preparation of the analytical reporting, management of retail sales, management of collecting of debt, management of marketing. On the platform SAP in bank the data warehouse, the systems of a business intelligence and budget consolidation are implemented (products SAP BW SAP BusinessObjects SAP BPC) and also contact center (SAP BCM).
In 2013 BTA-Kazan made the decision on transfer of maintenance of a corporate information system on maintenance in the Service center IBS for support of business applications which offered the best terms, in terms of a ratio of cost and quality of the service enshrined in the agreement on the service level of SLA.
The contract for maintenance of systems provides responsibility of IBS for working capacity and performance of SAP systems and a possibility of unlimited attraction of resources of the outsourcer for achievement of these purposes. SLA fixes the financial responsibility of IBS in case of failure in system operation and untimely or low-quality elimination of incidents.
After signing of the contract specialists of IBS booked audit based on which they revealed potential "weak points" and implemented a complex of works on optimization of settings of SAP systems thanks to what performance of systems considerably increased. Also for identification and prevention of possible problems before they have an impact on operation of applications, permanent active monitoring of systems is implemented. Within support of the client the strategy of reservation of data excluding risk of loss of information is developed.
By means of transfer basis administration in IBS company, BTA-Kazan examination of a large number of the specialists working in the company became available. The IBS command responds to the requests, conducts work on improvement of a system, offering different options of reliability augmentation and performance.
