Drivers to start the project:

• Limited number of Domino specialists in the market. Support requests are processed for a long time;
• The equipment supplier does not have the ability to update the Domino system, all tasks have to be solved on their own;
• It is not possible to solve critical issues of automation of financial and management accounting units, cost calculation;
• It is difficult to implement any changes.

Project Objectives:

• Transition from the Domino system to the modern 1C 8.3 platform, the configurations of which provide coverage for the main operational and financial processes of companies;
• Form an internal development and support team "1C" in Authentica of at least 2-3 people.
• Automate Authentica's operational and financial processes:

Commodity movement:

• Sales planning
• stock management;
• Order and shipment management
• integration with the company's I2E portal;
• Integration with 2 online stores
• integration with the program of the Infinity call center;
• integration with the beauty salon management system;
• Plan-based sales analysis
• inventory accounting: shelf life, warehouse process and shipment management;
• Integration with the WMS system
• purchases from suppliers, including foreign ones.

Management accounting:

• Cost calculation
• Customer discount reporting
• plan-actual analysis of sales in the required analytics by salons, geography, customers.

Treasury:

• formation of requests for payment;
• approval of applications;
• payment registers;
• creation of payment orders with automatic exchange with the bank;
• loading bank statements.

Regulated accounting:

• accounting and tax accounting (transition to a single system for checking primary documents, full accounting for the future collection of management reports in advanced analytics).

Results obtained by BT United LLC following the project implementation:

1. The system solution "1C: Integrated Automation" has been switched.
2. The platform can be improved when changing or expanding current business processes.
3. You have enhanced the Warehouse Process and Sales Management tools.
4. Control functions for purchasing processes and warehouse transactions are built.
5. Actual cost is calculated.
6. Data exchange is organized between all systems, the I2E portal, an educational platform in the company's IT architecture.

In January 2023, 1C: Integrated Automation was launched, in March 2023 the system was put into commercial operation, more than 200 jobs were automated.
