2021: Implementation of the information management system production

On Barrier St. Petersburg production management systems Omega Production JSC " implementation of domestic information continues. It became known on February 1, 2021.

At the first stages of project implementation functions of data exchange with the existing systems at the enterprise were implemented.

The organization of procedural exchange with the SWE-PDM system (SolidWorks Enterprise PDM) within which the loading procedure of NSI including reference books of technology materials, the equipment and the tool, design elements and also electronic structures of products was implemented was the main objective of integration.

From systems existing at the enterprise for February, 2021 the archives of the following data acquired for many years were loaded:

• Data on rastsekhovochny routes for design elements from the FoxPro system;
• Data on labor standards;
• Data on consumption rates of the main materials and technology processes of the TP SWR-PDM CAD system.

After loading of all data in ISUPP of "Omega Production" it was provided user training and system administrators on work in a system, the possibility of formation of all necessary reports and documents conforming to requirements of ESKD and ESTD with a possibility of their electronic approval and printing is implemented.

For February, 2021 implementation of a subsystem of the technology preparation of production including such tasks as comes to an end:

• Maintaining rastsekhovochny routes for elements of structure of a product;
• Maintaining material standards;
• Conducting labor regulation;
• Development of technology processes and formation of sets of technology documentation.

In parallel with completion of works on implementation of technology preparation of production works on the following directions started: logistics, production planning, accounting and dispatching of production.

These works assume implementation and implementation of the following functional units:

• Maintaining agreements and supply requisitions of materials and component parts;
• Maintaining an inventory control in interrelation with an accounting system 1C ERP;
• Calculation of security of production with material resources;
• Maintaining production plans and production orders;
• Formation and balancing of diagrams of release of production products;
• Quality management according to the purchased nomenclature (Incoming inspection) and products of own production.
