Before implementation of a subsystem Logistics in Bashkirenergo was not the uniform automated process control system of purchases and logistics. Accounting of activity and approval of documents occurred in several systems which are not connected among themselves. Business processes were not automated, there was no opportunity to quickly control the course of processes.
In holding the corporate information system based on 1C:Enterprise 8 was implemented. With respect thereto the decision at process automation of purchases and logistics to use the 1C: MTO Material and Technical Support program was made.
Implementation of a subsystem Logistics was complete in December, 2013, 750 jobs were automated. This system allowed to receive the following results:
- Reduction of terms of preparation and approval of plans of purchasing activity, holding procurement procedures.
- Increase in responsibility of contractors. At any time, the head, the responsible person and the system administrator can see: in what implementation phase there is a business process what tasks and a coma were created in what time tasks were carried out.
- Reduction of number of deliveries of Inventories and purchases of services with violation of terms because of the block of purchases and logistics due to automation of control of planned dates of delivery.
- Reduction of number of violations of terms of the regulated procedures: beginnings of works on carrying out purchases, holding procurement procedures, holding meetings of the Central procurement commission (TsZK (ZK), issues of the TsZK (ZK) protocols.
- Providing the overall level of stocks according to requirements of the Company. The possibility of the analysis of a remaining balance of Inventories in warehouses by planned requirements is implemented.
For the purpose of quality improvement and efficiency of accomplishment of business processes of the movement of inventory items in warehouses the decision on development and deployment of a subsystem "Process optimization of the movement of inventory items in warehouses" based on the program "1C:Enterprise 8 was made. MTS Logistics". This subsystem was built in structure of a corporate information system 1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise.
In December, 2014 implementation of a subsystem "Process optimization of the movement of inventory items in warehouses" for 800 jobs was complete. The following functions were automated:
- Formation of documents of movement of Inventories from the central warehouse of the production departments (PD) on warehouses of divisions, according to the order in the module "Logistics".
- Reflection of operations on the movement Inventories in warehouses in divisions.
- Accounting of the Inventories issued in production.
- Development of integration into the module 1C:Enterprise 8. Power. Management of the distribution grid company, regarding formation of acts on write-off of Inventories of the consumers used for technology accession.
- Control of processes of the movement of inventory items in warehouses.
Implementation of a subsystem "Process optimization of the movement of inventory items in warehouses" allowed to receive the following results:
- Increase in responsibility of contractors. At any time, the head, the responsible person and the system administrator can see: in what implementation phase there is a business process what tasks and a coma were created in what time tasks were carried out.
- Decrease in amount of shortages and excess based on annual inventory.
- The possibility of the analysis of a remaining balance of Inventories in the central warehouses by divisions customers of data of Inventories is implemented.
- The possibility of stock analysis, issued in production is implemented.
